On June 19, 2019, the fourth meeting of the Scientific Council of the journal “Eunomia – Sustainable Development – Sustainable Development” took place. The meeting of the Scientific Council was attended by the Chairman of the Council, the Rector of the Council – Prof. Associate. dr hab. Eng. arch. Ewa Stachura, and members – prof. zw. dr hab. Eng. Arch, Jacek Włodarczyk, dr hab., Piotr Olender, dr hab. Eng, Bogdan Wysogląd, prof. Associate. Dr. arch. John A. Dee, dr Jolanta Gabzdyl, dr Katarzyna Rybińska, Editor-in-Chief, Piotr Mucha.
At the beginning of the meeting, the members of the Scientific Council were acquainted with the legal regulation of the Open Access issue – Institutional openness policy. It is planned to create a university policy template to clearly signal the promotion of Open Access.
The next item discussed the creation of provisions regarding the tasks, structure and areas of cooperation of the Editorial Board in the regulations of the PWSZ Publishing House in Racibórz.
This was followed by a discussion of issues concerning the fourth issue of the journal in printed and electronic versions, which will be published in the fourth quarter of 2019. It covered deadlines for submitting application forms with abstracts in Polish and English, submission dates for articles, the return of articles to the authors together with reviews and resubmission of corrected texts to the editor following corrections.
Registration of the journal “Eunomia – Sustainable Development – Sustainable Development” in the Polish database of Cytowania POL-index is planned, which is part of the POL-on Higher Education Information System.

You are invited to submit papers for publication in the next issue of the scientific journal, Eunomia – Sustainable Development, PWSZ in Racibórz.
The journal primarily deals with issues of sustainable development in technical, humanistic and social science contexts.
The issue will be released in two versions: printed and electronic. The website URL address is http://eunomia.pwsz.raciborz.edu.pl/. All articles approved for publication by the Editorial Office are published free of charge in open access format.
We are currently accepting texts for the third issue of the magazine, which will be released in the first half of 2019. Therefore, we encourage you to submit your scientific papers, reviews, critiques and technical notes in Polish and English.
All articles submitted to the journal will be reviewed by domestic and foreign reviewers specializing in technical sciences, humanities and social sciences.
The deadline for submitting application forms with abstracts in Polish and English is February 28 and the final textual paper/article must be forwarded by March 31, 2019.
Return of the submitted text to the authors including reviews will be made by April 21, 2019.
Corrected text must be resubmitted to the editorial office by 30 April 2019.

Eunomia – Sustainable Development
On January 10, 2019, the second meeting of the Scientific Council of the journal Eunomia – Sustainable Development took place. The meeting was attended by the Chairwoman of the board, dr hab. inż. arch. Ewa Stachura, and members – dr hab. inż. Bogdan Wysogląd, Katarzyna Rybińska, editor-in-chief mgr Piotr Mucha and secretary of the editorial office, Dr. Henryk Kretek.
The first busines of the meeting unanimously selected new members of the Scientific Council being Dr. Jolanta Gabzdyl and Dr. arch. John Dee.
This was followed by discussion about procedural matters concerning issues relating to the second issue of the journal in printed and electronic versions to be released in the first quarter of 2019. The scientific editor is Dr. Henryk Kretek.
The next item of the meeting agenda was the change of the ISSN number due to a change of the magazine’s title and obtaining an ISSN number for the electronic version. It was decided to submit two applications for ISSN numbers to the National Center for ISSN.
The registration of the journal Eunomia – Sustainable Development in the international database ICI Word of Journals (Index Copernicus) has been planned.
During the meeting, the plan of issuing the third issue of the journal Eunomia – Sustainable Development was also discussed. Deadlines for submitting application forms with abstracts in Polish and English . Submission of articles, returns of text following the review process and submission of final corrected text to the journal Editor were established.
